Sara Al Sayed
Sara was awarded her Psychology degree from Concordia University in Canada and is currently completing her Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology in the United Kingdom. Sara completed her internship at the Soor Center and provides therapeutic services to clients for a broad range of clinical issues including Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Stress, Domestic Violence, Relationship issues and Sexual Abuse. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Humanistic Person Centred Approach. She works with children, adolescents and adults. Her Doctoral research is focused on potential solutions to decrease the stigma and discrimination experienced by clients seeking therapeutic interventions. Sara speaks English, Arabic and French.
